HydtekTV Player Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the TV Player app ("the app") made by Hydtek ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What the app is
TV Player is a media player. It plays playlists that you add from a provider of your choice, such as an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login. The app does not include, sell, host or provide any channels, streams, movies, series or other content, and we are not affiliated with any provider.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the playlists you add, and for having the right to access and watch their content.
- Only use the app with content you are legally permitted to view in your country. Don't use it to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, or interfere with its ads.
3. Content and providers
We don't control or monitor third-party providers or their content, and we aren't responsible for their availability, quality, legality or accuracy (including TV guide information). Any agreement or dispute you have with a provider is between you and that provider.
4. Ads and purchases
The app is free and shows ads. If we offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads, they are sold and processed by Apple under Apple's terms, and can be restored on your devices through the app.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
6. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every provider or stream format.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hydtek is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from content or providers you access through the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and Hydtek, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering or supporting the app at any time.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
